HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All products are made to order and normally ship within 2 weeks of order. Please allow additional time for shipping.

We accept payments via Paypal and any major credit card companies, including Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Mitch Tailor does not accept payment via cash or check upon delivery. Prices listed and transactions are in USD ($).

DOES MITCH TAILOR CHARGE SALES TAX OR OTHER FEES?
All orders placed to a New York address will be charged sales tax. Recipients are responsible for any other applicable local taxes and international customs fees that may be charged by their local government.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?
Each individual product is handcrafted with great care and expertise to ensure exceptional quality. In order to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship, product availability may be limited. Mitch Tailor products are available only through our online site, and our authorized retailers.
WHAT DOES WARRANTY COVER?
Products which are yellow gold, rose gold or black rhodium plated may wear over time. These products can be re-plated for a surcharge. Please utilize the “Contact” tab on the Mitch Tailor website for more information. The products sold on the Mitch Tailor website are protected by a 1-year (365 day) limited warranty from the date of delivery. Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, improper handling, nor does it apply if there is evidence of any misuse or abuse.

WHAT IS MITCH TAILOR'S EXCHANGE POLICY?
Since all products are custom made to order, all sales will be final. A product ordered on the Mitch Tailor website cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
